We have a number of machines that allow us to manufacture prototypes and small batches as well as larger scale requirements. We have 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines that allow us to offer comprehensive 3D milling.

We accept 3d scanned designs.

Our 3D milling equipment is paired with the very latest in CAD/CAM software to bring computer-aided design to the project. This allows for a level of complexity and accuracy that the human alone cannot manage.

We have up to a 4 axis milling machine and this means the ability to curve shapes and to create exceptional finishes to the components we make. There is nothing we cannot create for you so if you have a project that you want to have considered, we are always happy to chat about it. We also have a list of the CNC machines that we use if you are looking for something specific and also our ISO certificate for regulation purposes.

Our process starts with the design of components through to the manufacture or providing you with industry standard specifications for you to manufacture yourself.
