Axis CNC milling
The most complex of the milling machines we have is the 4 axis CNC machine. With this, the machine cuts a part or moves a cutting tool along five different axes at the same time. This is ideal for the most complex applications and is used in industries such as automotive and aerospace where the degree of precision required is significant.
Our process starts with the design phase where we scan and build the computer blueprint of what we will create. It then moves into the prototype area where we make the actual component and all relevant checks are carried out. Finally, we can either provide the industry standard blueprint for you to use or go into the mass production for you, as a one-off service or as a sub-contractor.
